Fruits to avoid- HIGH in Glutamates, Salycilates, Amines

An idea posed to me at once stage was if I was have the reaction of diarrhoea when eating these and I found myself suffering from constipation, to add a small amount to the diet to see if a balance can be made.

Vegetables  to avoid (except green or dried peas)- HIGH in Glutamates, Salicylates, Amines

Meat, Poultry and Seafood - unprocessed.
Low in Amines, Salicylate and Glutamates
